Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to children with behavioural issues or learning difficulties.
- Work across a range of age groups within the primary school setting.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of educational activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support the educational and emotional development of all pupils.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
- Experience in supporting children with behavioural and learning difficulties is desirable.
- Must have a valid DBS check on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
