Job Role

We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team starting in September. Graduates are preferred, and prior experience working in a school setting is essential. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and enhancing the educational experience of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in the delivery of the curriculum
  • Provide support to individual students or small groups to enhance learning
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
  • Support students with special educational needs and adapt activities to meet their needs
  • Assist in the assessment and recording of student progress
  • Encourage and support students' social and emotional development
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to plan and implement educational activities

Requirements

  • A graduate degree is preferred
