Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Biology across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire a love for Biology.
- Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Biology curriculum.
- Participate in departmental and whole school CPD.
- Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to support student learning.
Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, or equivalent.
- Degree in Biology or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching Biology at KS3 to KS5.
- Passionate about teaching and inspiring young people.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
