Dunbar Education is looking for passionate and adaptable Supply Teachers to support secondary schools in Northampton. We offer day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply teaching opportunities across all subjects, providing flexibility to suit your availability.
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and structured lessons in the absence of permanent staff.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings, subjects, and year groups.
- Follow pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task.
- Provide feedback to schools on student progress and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 6 months UK classroom experience in a Supply Teacher role.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- A flexible, professional, and proactive approach to teaching.
