Supply Teacher - Market Harborough

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will cover lessons in primary or secondary schools, delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects. This is an ideal role for flexible teachers who thrive in diverse environments and enjoy working with different year groups and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure students remain engaged in learning.
- Adapt to different school environments and build rapport with staff and students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary and/or secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different school settings.
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
