Job Description:
Dunbar Education is seeking experienced and qualified supply teachers to work across various primary schools in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate educators with QTS to gain diverse teaching experiences in different school environments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary students, adhering to the curriculum and school guidelines.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students.
- Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with school staff and adhere to school policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in teaching primary school students.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles.
- A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
- A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
