SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) - Brand New Primary SEN School Near Heathrow Station

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in a brand-new school setting? We are recruiting on behalf of a brand-new Primary SEN School located just 10 minutes from an Elizabeth Line station and near Heathrow Station. We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support students and work closely with teachers to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment.

The Role:


Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Severe Learning Difficulties focus)
Location: Near Heathrow Station, 10 minutes from an Elizabeth Line station
Contract: Via Agency, Long-Term Supply, with potential for a permanent role
Start Date: November 2024
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)


Key Responsibilities:


Supporting children with SLD in their learning and development, both inside and outside the classroom.
Assisting the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities that meet the individual needs of each child.
Helping to create a positive, safe, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to ensure each child's needs are met.


What We Are Looking For:


Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, ideally with SLD.
A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to working with children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs and a commitment to helping them achieve their full potential.
