Are you a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a vibrant mainstream primary school?
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN TA to join our supportive team in Newham. This role requires an immediate start and offers a competitive daily rate of £90 - £110.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
- Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning plans to help pupils achieve their potential.
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to adapt classroom activities.
- Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
- A valid DBS check registered on the update service (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's development.
