Do you have a passion for helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) achieve their full potential? We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Northampton. This is a full time to start ASAP!

As the successful Teaching Assistant, you will be joining an esatblished team to support vunerbale pupils with a variety of SEN needs. This includes 1:1 support and small intervention groups. This is across all year groups in the school, offering a varied role.

Your Role:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with SEN.
  • Assist the teacher in creating and implementing tailored learning plans.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Encourage and motivate pupils to reach their goals.

Who You Are:

  • Patient, compassionate, and eager to support children with diverse needs.
  • Strong communicator who works well in a team.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to learn new skills.
  • Previous experience working in school or in a SEN setting.
