Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure each child's needs are met
- Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback and adapting strategies as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Education
- Proven experience working with children with additional needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to various educational settings and student requirements
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development
