Join Our Team as a SEN Teaching Assistant!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure each child's needs are met
  • Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback and adapting strategies as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in Education
  • Proven experience working with children with additional needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to various educational settings and student requirements
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development
