SEN Digital Skills Teacher

Are you an experienced and passionate teacher with a flair for Digital Skills and a heart for supporting students with special educational needs? We are currently seeking a SEN Digital Skills Teacher to work with primary and secondary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver engaging, inclusive digital skills lessons that cater to a range of abilities, helping students develop essential IT and digital literacy skills for the future.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver tailored Digital Skills lessons that engage and support students with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
* Individualised Support: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs and learning styles of students with varying abilities across all primary and secondary ages.
* Behaviour Management: Proactively manage behaviour, creating a safe and positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
* Collaborative Working: Work closely with other staff members, therapists, and families to provide a holistic, supportive educational experience.
* Progress Monitoring: Track and assess student progress, ensuring lessons are effective and adjusted to meet individual needs.

Requirements:


* Experience teaching Digital Skills or IT, with a focus on working with SEN students.
* A solid understanding of supporting students with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH in a classroom setting.
* Strong behaviour management skills, with the ability to maintain a calm and productive learning environment.
* A genuine passion for helping SEN students achieve their full potential.
