Job Description: Dunbar Education is currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Humanities Subjects Supply Teacher to join our pool of educators for placement in a reputable Secondary School located in Hertfordshire. Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and policies.
- Plan and prepare dynamic lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and personal development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting mutual respect and positive interactions among students.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative methods, providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.

- Uphold professional standards and adhere to safeguarding protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of teaching experience within the UK education system.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Specialism or strong background in one or more humanities subjects (e.g., History, Geography, Religious Studies, Sociology).
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate varying learning styles and abilities.
