Position Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor with a Pastoral Support Specialism, you will play a crucial role in the school, maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment. This temporary position offers the exciting opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and assisting students during teacher absences, ensuring continuity in lessons, managing classroom behavior, and applying your expertise in pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and actively engage students during teacher absences, specializing in pastoral support.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and materials with a focus on pastoral care.
