💰 Salary: MPS, up to M6 (Pro Rata) depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join our supportive and collaborative team in a primary school in Luton. This fixed-term role focuses on planning and preparation, working closely with the Reception team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Plan and prepare engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception pupils
🔹 Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality EYFS experience
🔹 Support the academic and personal development of Reception pupils
🔹 Contribute to the school's framework to enhance early learning progress

Requirements

🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
📖 Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
🌟 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
📝 Passion for curriculum planning and ensuring high standards of early education
📢 Strong communication skills to engage with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
🔎 Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and provide two years of references
