Dunbar Education is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join a dynamic school in Ware. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in the education sector while applying their knowledge of psychology to support students' learning and development.

About the Role:

As a Psychology Graduate, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to enhance the educational experience of students. You will have the chance to apply psychological principles in a practical setting, helping to promote positive behaviour, emotional well-being, and academic success among learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to provide targeted support.
  • Help implement strategies to support the emotional and social development of students.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
