About the Role

As an SEN Support Assistant, you will:

  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with children requiring additional support, helping them achieve academic and personal milestones.
  • Apply your understanding of psychology to create a nurturing and structured environment that promotes emotional and social development.
  • Assist teachers and SEN coordinators in developing individualised learning plans tailored to each child's needs.
