We are seeking dedicated Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to join our team, providing cover for staff absences and ensuring continuity in the learning experience for children at various Primary Schools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across a range of subjects in line with the national curriculum.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Following lesson plans provided by the school or adapting as necessary to suit the class.
- Managing classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Liaising with school staff to provide feedback on pupil progress and any relevant issues during your time in the classroom.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary schools, with a sound understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
