Job Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced primary school teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice that accommodates all children and their varied needs
- Exercise flexibility to accommodate changes in work priorities
- Balance tasks and resources effectively, anticipating workload and planning ahead
- Think clearly and logically to solve problems, making appropriate referrals when necessary

Further Details About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Fully implement the curriculum as outlined in school policies
- Create a positive, stimulating, and innovative learning environment
- Maintain a well-organized classroom with appropriate displays and resources
- Plan and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils
- Develop effective strategies to overcome barriers to learning
- Use assessment for learning to sustain effective teaching
- Review and adjust methods for planning, delivery, and recording of the curriculum
- Monitor and report pupil attainment to the Executive Headteacher, Headteacher, and Board
- Assist in selecting curriculum resources
- Proactively manage personal professional development
- Effectively manage pupil behavior, promoting mutual respect
- Facilitate parental involvement in teaching and learning
- Collaborate with support staff and other teachers to plan for a range of needs
- Encourage teamwork and share new teaching initiatives
- Take a leading role in school development when required
- Support and mentor NQTs and students on teaching practice
- Assist with INSET for staff and governors when required
- Work with Hackney Education on local and national curriculum initiatives
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Executive Headteacher and Headteacher
