We are seeking a dedicated Autism Specialist with relevant qualifications to join our client at a primary school located in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals on the autism spectrum and make a real difference.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience working with individuals with autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Must have an Autism related qualification.
- Experience of working with children with additional needs, ideally in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and inclusive education practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Professionalism, patience, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative, with a clear understanding of your role in supporting children's development.
