We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Class Teacher to join our thriving and Ofsted Outstanding-rated school in North West London. Role Overview:

As a Primary School Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love of learning in your students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring all children are challenged and supported in their learning journey.
  • Assessment: Regularly assess and track student progress, using a variety of assessment tools to inform your teaching and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, managing behavior effectively to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students and aligns with national standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support the holistic development of each child, participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.

Requirements:

  • QTS and PGCE: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) are essential for this role.
  • DBS Check: A valid and up-to-date DBS check is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a primary school setting is highly desirable, but we also welcome applications from newly qualified teachers with a strong commitment to professional growth.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
