Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging and Effective Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons across all primary year groups, from Lower KS1 to Upper KS2, ensuring all students receive a consistent and high-quality education.
- Support Educational Development: Follow the school's curriculum plans to support the educational growth of our students.
- Collaborate with Class Teachers: Work closely with class teachers to ensure smooth transitions and a cohesive learning experience for students.
- Participate in School Life: Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events, contributing to our school's positive and collaborative culture.
- Create a Positive Learning Environment: Help foster a safe and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Experience working in primary schools.
- Teaching experience across different year groups in primary education.
- Willingness to work across two sites.
Desirable:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential.
- Unqualified teachers and HLTAs with relevant experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
