About the Role:
As a Pastoral/Behavioural Specialist, you will:
- Provide targeted support to students, focusing on behaviour management and emotional wellbeing.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
- Contribute to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment.
Requirements:
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
