About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with children who require additional support, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to a child with additional needs on a one-to-one basis
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the child
  • Monitor and report on the child's progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Proven experience working with children with SEN
  • A compassionate and patient approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
