Position: Full-Time, Year-Round

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, adhering to the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment, following safeguarding and health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Full and relevant NVQ, CACHE, NNEB, or equivalent Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, or QTS Status.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with Early Years age groups in a nursery or school setting.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health and safety regulations.
  • DBS: Must have a registered DBS certificate on the Update Service or possess adequate documentation to apply for one.
