Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our dynamic team at a well-established school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. This is a permanent, full-time position with a January 2024 start. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students across a range of abilities, supporting their development and fostering a love for mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to students of varying abilities.
Monitor and assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and formal exams.
Provide high-quality feedback and support students in achieving their academic potential.
Take on full teaching responsibilities, including lesson planning, marking, and pastoral duties.
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure curriculum continuity and development.
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
Stay current with the national curriculum and examination board requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
Ability to teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
Experience of teaching in UK secondary schools is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to students' personal and academic growth.
