About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assist in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Monitor and report on students' progress, providing valuable feedback to staff and parents.
About You:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting is desirable.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs, including SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
