About the Role:

  • Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Assist in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Monitor and report on students' progress, providing valuable feedback to staff and parents.

About You:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs, including SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
