Key Responsibilities
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of all students.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation and promoting good behavior.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to the teacher on individual needs.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting is preferred.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting children's development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
