Location: Maldon, Essex
Contract Type: Contract, Permenant, Full-Time
Salary: £23,893 - £25,979 (Pro Rata, weekly pay)

About the Role: A new primary school and nursery in Maldon is seeking a passionate and hardworking Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our founding team for the September 2024 intake. This role is ideal for early career teachers looking to make a significant impact in the early years setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide range of creative and enjoyable indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Ensure a secure and welcoming teaching and learning environment.
  • Develop good relationships with staff, children, and parents.
  • Demonstrate good to outstanding teaching practices.
  • Participate in a shift pattern rotation (7am - 3pm and 10:30am - 6:30pm, including a break).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Organised, proactive, and able to inspire and engage both pupils and colleagues.
  • Resilient and hardworking, with a commitment to delivering 'Good or better, every day.'
  • Ability to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to ensure high-quality provision.
  • Relevant Level 3 Qualification.
