Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Primary School, Islington
Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Role and Responsibilities: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one support or working with small groups of pupils.
- Assisting pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum effectively.
- Supporting classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitoring and recording pupils' progress and providing feedback to teachers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
- A degree is preferred but not essential.
- A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one is required.
