Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create and implement tailored learning plans.
- Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Promote independence and self-confidence in SEN students.
- Offer emotional and social support as needed to help students build essential life skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Be a positive role model, fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere within the school.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting SEN students is essential.
- Ability to start immediately with no notice period.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
- A genuine passion for helping students with diverse learning needs.
- Knowledge of relevant strategies and techniques for supporting SEN students.
