KS2 Class Teacher (Primary School) - High Wycombe

Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: January 2025 (or as soon as possible)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join the passionate team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Key Stage 2
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes high standards of achievement and behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement the school's curriculum and values
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
  • Contribute to the wider school life through participation in extra-curricular activities and events

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in KS2 or a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
  • A passion for teaching and learning with a commitment to pupil achievement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the whole school community
