Job Title: Class Teachers - KS1 & KS2

Location: Wellingborough

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference in early childhood education? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our dynamic team at a highly regarded school in Wellingborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 students, preferably in a UK school setting.
  • A valid and up-to-date DBS check is required.
  • Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Previous experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2 is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability and the ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff.
