HLTA & Forest School Leader
Location: Princes Risborough
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £20,355 depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Are you passionate about outdoor learning and eager to inspire young minds? We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) & Forest School Leader to join a happy, friendly, and rural Church of England primary school in Princes Risborough. As part of a large academy trust, they are proud of their inclusive and caring atmosphere, where every child is encouraged to flourish.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA who will:
- Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1, providing high-quality classroom support.
- Plan and deliver Forest School sessions across the school, fostering a love for outdoor learning.
- Work closely with teachers to support learning, wellbeing, and personal development.
- Encourage curiosity, resilience, and confidence in children through engaging outdoor activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

- Hold a Forest School Leader qualification (Level 3) or be willing to train.
- Have HLTA status or significant classroom support experience.
- Be passionate about outdoor learning and using nature to inspire young learners.
- Be a caring and positive team player, embracing our school's Christian values.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
