About the Role:

  • Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to Key Stage 5.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that bring the subject to life.
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure every learner achieves their potential.
  • Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic Humanities department.
  • Inspire curiosity and enthusiasm for History through creative and innovative teaching methods.

About You:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching History in a UK secondary school is desirable.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire a passion for History.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
