Role Overview:
As a History Teacher, you will deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that foster curiosity about historical events and figures. Your role will involve preparing students for their GCSE exams, helping them develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging history lessons.
- Prepare students for their GCSE History exams.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support students' academic growth.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in History or related field.
- Experience teaching History at GCSE level preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate about bringing history to life for students.
