Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support students' learning and development, ensuring they receive the guidance and assistance they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with additional learning needs.
- Assisting teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities, including preparing materials and resources.
- Supporting students with their academic progress, offering encouragement and feedback as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
