  • Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) + TLR for Head of Geography

Key Responsibilities

As Head of Geography, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategies for teaching and learning in the Geography department
  • Lead curriculum planning and implementation
  • Drive professional development within the department

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Geography teacher who possesses:

  • A relevant degree in Geography or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven teaching experience at secondary level, ideally within a similar setting
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of departmental success
  • Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for Geography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Right to work in the UK
