The Role
As a General Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Step into classrooms across KS3 and KS4 to deliver pre-prepared lessons.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
- Support students' learning, encouraging engagement and progress across a range of subjects.
- Collaborate with the wider school team to uphold the school's values and commitment to student success.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- A full UK driving licence (essential) .
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and engagement.
