Location: High Wycombe
Salary: MPS/UPS
Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term (April - July 2025)

A leading independent day and boarding school for girls aged 3 to 13 is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join their thriving Sports Department for the summer term. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about sport and can confidently deliver athletics, cricket, tennis, and lacrosse to pupils across the school.

  • Specialist PE teaching begins from Reception, ensuring all pupils receive expert coaching

    • Multi-purpose sports hall and dance studio

The Role:

  • Teaching PE across all year groups, including swimming, cricket, athletics, and netball
  • Delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities
  • Preparing and coaching teams for fixtures, which may take place after school or at weekends
  • Supporting and contributing to the extra-curricular sports programme
  • Working collaboratively within the PE department, ensuring excellence in curriculum delivery

  • A qualified PE teacher with experience in the 3-13 age range
  • A specialist in girls' team sports, with expertise in athletics, cricket, tennis, and lacrosse
  • Someone with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment

  • A teacher who brings enthusiasm and encouragement, inspiring girls of all abilities to achieve their best
