Position: Early Years Teacher
Location: Market Harborough
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality, stimulating educational experience for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters the growth and development of every child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
  • Plan and implement creative learning activities that support the development of key skills.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to education.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them achieve their full potential.
