Job Role
We are looking for experienced primary school teachers who can deliver excellent classroom practice and adapt flexibly to changing priorities. You will be expected to:
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice
- Exercise flexibility in order to accommodate changes in work priorities
- Provide contingencies to deal with the unexpected
- Balance tasks and resources in the organisation of a wide range of activities
- Think clearly and logically in working through problems, making referrals as appropriate
- Anticipate workload and plan ahead
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators
- Show an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Demonstrate awareness of the needs of children with a variety of needs
