Job Description
We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated English Teacher to join our high-achieving department. The ideal candidate will motivate students to develop their language, literature, and critical thinking skills while fostering a lifelong love of reading and writing.
Key Duties
- Teach English across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5.
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in Language and Literature.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level exams with a focus on academic excellence.
- Promote literacy initiatives and contribute to extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- QTS or equivalent.
- Degree in English or a related subject.
- Proven experience delivering GCSE and/or A-Level English.
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
