About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join a dynamic team in Milton Keynes on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to transition to permanent. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that meet the curriculum requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
- Take on full teaching responsibilities, including lesson planning, marking, and reporting on student progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English at secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
