Responsibilities:

- Implementing effective teaching strategies, incorporating diverse and inclusive materials, and utilizing modern technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Assessing students' progress through regular evaluations, examinations, and coursework, providing constructive feedback to support their individual development.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and review the English curriculum, sharing best practices, and participating in departmental meetings and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or a related field; a teaching qualification is essential.
- Proven experience teaching English in a classroom setting, with a thorough understanding of the English language, grammar, literature, and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in English studies.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively plan lessons, manage student workloads, and meet deadlines.
