The Role

Responsibilities
- Qualified Practitioner: Level 2 or 3.
- Child Observation: Take responsibility for observing and monitoring the needs of your key children.
- Creative and Educational Thinking: Provide a range of stimulating activities to support physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a dynamic and fun educational team, providing support to all children in the setting.
- Activity Facilitation: Enable children by providing appropriate levels of support and interaction.
- Commitment to Enjoyment: Ensure that every child has a fun and enjoyable day.
- Health and Safety: Prioritize the health, welfare, and safety of the children at all times.
