Dunbar Education is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner for a primary school based in Wellingborough.They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team and make a difference the early development of children to start in September.

Role Overview:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. You will implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop through play-based activities. Working collaboratively with a team of educators and parents, you will ensure each child's individual needs are met and their progress is monitored effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
  • Promoting positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, including safeguarding and health and safety.
  • Completing regular observations, assessments and progress reports for each child.


Requirements:

  • 6 months plus experience working in a UK Primary School.
  • Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • Valid DBS on update Service.
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
