Early Years Practitioner

Job Description

We are looking for a hard-working and well knowledged candidate to start in September as a Early Years Practitioner. This is vital time for child development so the school needs someone to hit the ground running and raise attainment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Early Years Educator or equivalent).
  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records and sharing insights with colleagues and parents.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support children's social and emotional development, building positive relationships with them and their families.
