Early Years Support Assistant
Are you a Nursery Support Assistant seeking a fulfilling role in Kettering?
We are looking for dedicated individuals to aid in the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) within a local nursery. Requirements:
- Experience in a UK Nursery Assistant role or similar positionwith 1:1 Support.
- Valid DBS check on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in an educational setting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead educator in delivering the EYFS curriculum effectively.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Provide tailored support to a pupil in EYFS (reception year) who faces challenges in interacting with peers, including in-class support and one-on-one activities.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of engaging educational experiences.
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to foster positive outcomes for every child
Location: This position is based in Kettering, allowing you to contribute to the local community by supporting young learners on their educational journey.
