We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join the Key Stage 1 team, taking responsibility for a Year 1 class. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced team, where you will be mentored and guided to thrive in your first teaching role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment where every child feels valued and respected.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure that all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL, reach their full potential.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in school events, clubs, and initiatives.
  • Engage with parents and carers to foster strong relationships and support pupil progress.
