About the Role:
An Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Epping, Essex is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic DT / Resistant Materials Teacher to join their team from January 2025. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging DT / Resistant Materials lessons in line with the curriculum
- Encourage students to develop technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Contribute to the DT department's goals and support extracurricular activities when required
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Design Technology, Resistant Materials, or a related field
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred, but experienced unqualified teachers may also be considered
- A proactive approach to teaching and a strong commitment to student development
